Hi, I’m Jesus Quiroz — the creator of I-LOVE-ROW.com, a personal blog dedicated to sharing real-world insights from the right-of-way (ROW) industry.

By day, I serve as the Director of Acquisitions at a mid-sized right-of-way firm, where I focus on renewable energy and infrastructure development. My role centers on land acquisition, site selection, and securing private Gen-Tie connections to support efficient energy interconnection.
